Micro PLC Based Panels

• These panels include a small and cost effective PLC which offers ease of logic modifications as compared to Relay based system.
• We offer various types of PLC options for our customer to choose from viz. -

1) Allen Bradley PLC (Rockwell PLC) - Micrologix, Micro800 series PLCs

2) Siemens PLC - S7-200 (now obsolete), S7-200 smart, S7-1200 series PLCs

3) Schnedier PLC - Modicon M200 series PLCs.

4) Emerson PLC (GE Fanuc PLC) - Versamax Micro & Versamax series PLCs

Hot Redundant PLC based Panels

• These panels have two PLC CPUs one of which will be in standby mode. In case the first PLC CPU fails due to any problem the standby CPU will take over within less than 30ms. Hence, providing the customer with a near zero down time.
• Provision of redundancy of Power supply, communication and IO can also be provided to the same level.
• We offer various types of PLC options for our customer to choose from viz. -
